A fantastic way to work your way through all the different fragrance options I tried 5 Spring/summer fragrances and my favourite was verbena and clary sage quite a masculine scent, now I’m working through an Autumn/winter selection starting with Saddle which I also like
I enjoyed the tester set and was able to identify my favourites. Customer service was great and it is lovely to be able to speak to helpful and friendly staff . I have since ordered the phoenix which smells divine the special offer code ‘Cinderella ‘. I now have a candle in every room in the house and the whole house now has the ‘melt’ glorious smell. When I ordered by 9.30am it was delivered the next day which is fantastic as I could not wait for it to arrive. I spend quite a lot of money on candles generally so for value for money and exquisite quality and smell it will have to be Melt every time now.I will try the fragranced reeds soon Irene from Bedford

Sometimes, selecting one "flavour" isn’t enough 🙂A great idea to test the sents and match them to your mood. They nicely scent the room just the right level of great fragrance. I got my first candle this year from my sister it smells fantastic even makes the room smell when it’s not lit, defiantly going to buy the sample box of 5.
The taster box is simply amazing.

Every year I give this set to my aunt and she says they make her christmas. 🙂Such a great idea and a lovely way to test the fragrances. It’s really not enough to just read the descriptions, they can be completely unexpected when you get them ‘in person’ and this is a great way to try a few without feeling disappointed if one doesn’t meet your fancy after all. Have now picked my fave (which will no doubt repurchase!), and the rest are going to be great Xmas stocking fillers for pals!

Great idea so you try before you buy full size, and the box smells lovely when you open – great service love it.
I’ve been using Melt for some time but usually stick to the same 3 scents. The tester box is an excellent idea to experiment different scents at little cost; I’ve discovered some new favourites! What I love about Melt is that they don’t try to recreate the smell of ‘crisp linen’ or ‘freshly baked cookies’ but, rather, have created unique candles which not only smell beautiful but look lovely as well. The service is second to none and the product, as always, is superb.
I bought two taster boxes to try as many scents as possible. Packaging etc all lovely but unlike the other reviewers I found the scents by and large quite disappointing. They were almost all very faint. Perhaps they’d been around for a while? I usually buy True Grace candles and find them very effective. I almost burned my nose trying to get a whiff of fragrance. Based on this experience I won’t be buying more sadly.
I received my box this morning and I love them all. The size is amazing and the smell is fantastic couldn’t be happier. Would recommend for anyone wanting to try multiple fragrances.
The Taster box proved to be a big hit with my wife and family over the Christmas holidays, it allowed us to try some new scents and old favourites. Now we have a new favourite Violet and Black Pepper!
I’d recommend the taster box as an introduction to some of the fragrances you fancy. I was initially going to buy a large ‘Dance’ candle based on the description on the website (a heady floral) and am really glad I didn’t as, out of the 5 ‘tasters’ that is my least favourite. I expected it to smell like a florist’s shop but it doesn’t. Love the Noel fragrance and the others – Love, Still and Joy – and will be buying larger versions of these in the new year. ‘Love’ really is roses, roses and more roses – gorgeous!
The taster box is, obviously, a great way to try out these candles. The candles are good quality, and the five I tried smelt lovely. Consequently, I am giving a Melt candle to everyone who needs a present this Christmas. They are an affordable, high quality luxury–so many scented candles are either prohibitively expensive or are horrible and synthetic.
I love the taster box, the candle size is perfect for me. The candles smell truly wonderful!
This gift box was a present for a friends house warming.
The moment i received it, the package smelt devine and I nearly had second thoughts about giving it to her!! Needless to say she was delighted and I shall be ordering one for myself pretty soon. All presented beautifully, and the smell is delicious although wrapped up and ready to be delivered. I know the birthday girl will be delighted.
Lovely gift box, sent promptly and arrived in good condition. Can’t comment on the candle’s themselves yet as they are a gift – however, we’ve had Melt candles and diffusers before and they have all smelt great and lasted well.

Received my 1st Melt Delivery a few days ago I decided to try there Luxury Taster gift box with the intention of giving them as Christmas gifts!
On arrival I got a slight wiff of the delights waiting for me! Opening the box & ooooh the lovely aromas that wafted into the room.

I have never used melt before but I have heard great things. I bought this set to use as gifts for people. I was kept updated with emails as to my package location. As soon as I got the box I was overcome with an amazing smell. Upon opening, it was presented beautifully and each candle is crafted to perfection with it’s own individual scent. The struggle not to keep them all for myself is difficult but I will definitely be returning. I also loved that I got a little sample of another sent and that the packaging is eco friendly. 5*

I can’t begin to tell you how much I love your candles. I have 4 top favourites – Angel, Hush, Eden and Noir, so I ordered these for my Taster Box. Obviously I needed to choose 5, so I blind-bought Christmas, thinking it would be good to keep for later in the year….I’m glad I did as it smells absolutely amaaaaaazing, all childhood memories wrapped up in a little candle!!

I bought a set for my mother in law as a gift based on what I knew about her perfume and candle preferences. She is quite discerning, so I was so pleased that she was delighted with these candles. She told me that even just in the box they smell divine. They smelled so wonderful she was reticent about burning them. Can’t wait to invest in some for myself.

In short: this is a great value set for getting an idea of how Melt’s candles not only smell but how they burn (since the wax sample packs are great for the former but not so much the latter!) My advice would be to grab the wax samples first to get an idea of the smells then go for this set in the ones that entice you most!
