Service and communication excellent.Once again candles sooo beautiful and the hamper packaging is amazing. However, delivery time scales have fallen since your new system which is a shame.
Also since your web changes I could not again place an order on line as I am unable to see complete delivery address also unable to confirm the payment details.
When I rang to check this with your service team who are very helpful they confirmed these are 2 issues that they have with web ordering. If that is so should they not be changed to resolve.
Product though is faultless service need s to be as it was a couple of years ago.The Christmas hamper is gorgeous. I was a bit nervous when I ordered it that ‘noel’ might be too dark but it is a sumptuous colour and I have it in the hallway so the scent greets you when you come into the house. I love the subtle smells of the candles. As an aromatherapist I normally avoid scented candles as they never smell as good as the oils themselves but Melt candles are exceptional. I am slowly working my way through the range and already have my favourites. Noel is definitely going to be on the list.
would buy again. Have divided the collection up into 4 presents and one left for myself. I therefore can’t comment on the smell of the ones a gave as present, but even before they have been lit it filled my room with beautiful scent.
I have been buying Melt candles for many years now as there is a shop locally that sells them. I have recently for the first time ordered from Melt on line and can’t praise them highly enough. Excellent service, fantastic products. I have in the past bought white company and Jo Malone candles and have to say Melt are the best for smell and value for money. They make really lovely presents but are also affordable to treat yourself too!!
Christmas wouldn’t be the same without these delightful candles, Angel has always been my favorite. Just ordered my hamper for next year. Around the end of November I start counting the days until 1 December so I can bring them out and place them so while I’m decorating their scent fills the apartment.

Had most of these before and they are my lockdown2 treatFirst time I’ve ordered the Christmas Hamper. What a treat, what a saving, what a gift ….but decided to keep them all for me as I can’t bare to part with any. Not disappointed with the selection. The entire smells associated with Christmas in a box. I’m running out of rooms to put all the candles in. A few firsts for me and as usual, not disappointed with any of them. Beautiful presentation box which I’ll be able to, and will reuse.

Well presented, great value for money and very Christmassy.I’ve been a big fan of Melt Candles for a while, and ordered this box without smelling half of the scents as I was confident they would be gorgeous… when I opened the box, WOW! Suddenly it was Christmas! This box is amazing, every one is evocative even before they are lit. Great value too! Not all of these will find their intended homes as gifts this year… I think I’ll be hanging on to at least one or two! Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed xx

What a beautifully presented box containing the heavenly smelly candles. My whole house is full of festive smells when I light these candles.

The hamper arrived quickly in a lovely presentation box, so would also make a fantastic gift for a very lucky recipient!I’m addicted to these candles. I just purchased my Christmas Hamper so I can have the whole year to open the box and "sneak a sniff" until time to light them in December. They have become my Holiday Tradition. The Season wouldn’t be the same without these heavenly fragrances filling my home. To hold me through the rest of the year I also bought two of my favorites Saddle and Nocturne as well as a new one, Autumn which I am enjoying now and is a serious contender for my new number one. Whatever I buy I am never disappointed with the product, service and delivery time. Great company to deal with!!!
