From our workshop in the Ribble Valley, we’ve been quietly creating handmade candles and reed diffusers for over 25 years. Alongside our own collection of luxury fragranced candles, we’ve had the pleasure of working behind the scenes on bespoke and collaborative projects, helping brands, big and small, find their own signature scent.

There’s something special about sharing what we do with others. Fragrance has always been at the heart of Melt, and seeing it find a place within someone else’s brand feels like a natural extension of that. That’s very much how we approach our white-label service. Not as a transaction, but as a process of building something beautiful together.

Everything we produce meets current industry standards and legal requirements. All raw materials are responsibly sourced and carefully tested, and every finished product carries the correct CLP and Health & Safety labelling, approved by Trading Standards.

Over the years, our work has found its way into some lovely places. We’ve collaborated with names such as COUTTS Bank, UNICEF, BCC, Universal Stage Productions, Liverpool ONE, The X Factor and ITV Studios, alongside smaller, more personal projects for independent retailers, salons, and thoughtful corporate gifting. Some prefer to remain unnamed, which we always respect.

White Label Candles

There’s a certain satisfaction in creating a candle that feels like your own. The weight of the glass, the first time it’s lit, the way the fragrance settles into a room. Our white-label candles are created in the same way as our own range of luxury fragranced candles. Poured slowly, finished by hand, and given the time they need to develop into something beautifully balanced.

You can choose from a library of over 30 fragrances, each one blended with care. Some are soft and familiar, others a little more expressive, but all are designed to feel at home wherever they’re placed.

When it comes to presentation, there’s plenty of freedom. You’re welcome to use our glassware, or we can pour into your own containers if that works better for you. If you’re still exploring options, we’re always happy to help you find something that suits your brand perfectly.

All of our handmade candles are vegan and never tested on animals. We don’t use palm wax, and we avoid beeswax too. We’ve worked hard to source our raw materials locally, with over 89% of our ingredients and packaging coming from Lancashire companies, and the rest from within the UK. It’s all part of our conscious way of working!

White Label Reed Diffusers

Reed diffusers have a slightly different presence. No flame, no moment of lighting, just a gentle, continuous fragrance that quietly becomes part of the room. It’s something you don’t have to think about, but would notice if it wasn’t there!

Our white-label reed diffusers are created with the same care as our candles, using the same library of over 30 fragrances, so you can build a collection that feels cohesive and considered. It’s a great way to offer different formats of the same scent, each one suited to a different moment or setting.

Like our handmade candles, our luxury reed diffusers are created with the same thoughtful approach. The diffuser base we use is a vegan, bio-based solvent derived from renewable sources, chosen carefully so the fragrance performs beautifully while remaining safe to use around the home, for people, pets, and the environment.
