The Aubergine wax truffles are delightful! The scent lasts all day and honours the season’s turn; blackberries, crisping leaves, warm spice – most heartening! It was pleasant to visit the workshop too; so warm and welcoming.
As always beautifully packed and good service not so keen on this as scent is not strong enough.
Aubergine is such a fitting fragrance to welcome in autumn; warm, fruity and spiced. The scent truffles are fast becoming a favourite product in this household. Highly recommended.

As soon as I smelled this it reminded me of Jean Paul Gaultier’s Pour Homme scent (the one in the blue sailor bottle). It’s an incredibly warm, soft yet sexy smell. A boudoir candle.
Recently purchased this and the smell is amazing, I could smell it as I was opening the box!!! I haven’t lit it yet as I’m currently burning Phoenix, but can’t wait.
I’ve recently purchased two candles from Melt Aubergine and Dance – both of which were for presents. I also bought a hand wash Eden which smells divine and received a complimentary hand cream. Aubergine: Just my favourite smell. The quality of the candles is amazing, slow and clean burning. The amount of fragrance is so ….just right…they don’t overpower, but the unused wax just produces a beautiful background room scent. ( I have remelted and re-wicked the left over wax and the scent still comes through). Love it, Love it, Love it…it has ruined all other candle brands for me now!Customer service like no other….. Absolutely wonderful people to deal with! My aubergine candle sits wafting the most gorgeous smell and its not even lit yet…. My second one of these…. Smells totally divine!! I bought my first Aubergine and Saddle fragranced candles in Natasha Bradley’s store in Niagara on the Lake in Ontario while staying with a friend. It was several years ago and every time I visit it’s one of our first stops. Since my sister also loves fragranced candles I bought her the travel size of each as a cheer up gift. They arrived very quickly as promised and she is delighted with them. They are so lovely in the winter and remain my favorites. Thank you for your excellent service and wonderful product.

The candles smell beautiful even when they’re not lit.I visited Melt back in June and fell in love! I left with a number of candles and since then have placed 4 more orders. Aubergine is my favourite. I was born and bred in Lancashire but now live “down South” – for now….The candles not only smell beautiful but are a beautiful reminder of home. I purchased one of your candles at LEAST three years ago in a small shop in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON. It still retains its lovely scent. I would like to order more but do not know which one it is. The color is DARK blue; please assist me as I won’t be able to go to Canada this year.

This Candle is amazing! It’s smells like the nicest bath you can have. It comes amazingly packaged with a care guide. The only problem is I don’t want to burn it because then it’ll be gone!

We purchased our first melt candle (Aubergine Tall & Thin) last year, but we could not find it in ourselves to light it. The perfume coming from it meant we wanted the aroma to last. So this year we have purchased two more so that we can light one and give another as a lovely present. No doubt we will keep on coming for more.
This is a very lovely candle that sends aroma through the room subtly. Quite a ‘manly’ scent but gorgeous none the less.

The room scenter is perfect for testing out fragrances. This particular candle isn’t to my taste. I expected it to be more spicy than it is, it smells more musky and soapy. The smell itself isn’t bad, it’s not overpowering and is still an excellent product.

This candle is an autumnal treat, its purple colour is lovely and it smells like walking into a second hand bookshop full of dapper older gentlemen, wearing mellow aftershave and drinking warm port. Wonderful.
