Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Check Out Now' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment by Credit or Debit Card. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please just give us a call on 01200 443377.
You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order, and that you can expect it to receive your goods within 3 working days. If, for any reason, we are unable to delivery within this timescale, we will contact you by email. |
Shipping And Handling We want to know that our products reach you in perfect condition, and each parcel is packed very carefully to prevent any damages. Candles are delivered using our courier service, with orders usually despatched within 2 working days of receipt - if you need your order urgently, please just let us know & we will do our best to help you!
All deliveries will need to be signed for, so please ensure that there will be somebody at your delivery address to accept the parcel.
Our carriage charges for orders within the UK are dependent upon the size of your order:
For one or two items, the carriage charge is £2.50
For more than two items, the carriage charge is £5.00

All orders outside of the UK Mainland will be delivered by Royal Mail.
Orders outside the UK, within Europe: Standard Delivery Charge £12.00

If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to return the item to us, and it will be replaced. In the event that a replacement is not available, we will offer a full refund.
In the event that you are unhappy with your choice of product we are happy to replace the item for you or refund you, assuming that the original is returned to us in perfect, re-saleable condition. |
