'Cottage' Multiholk

Multiholk® can dispense two kinds of fodder at the same time from the spacious container. It is designed in such a way that the food will stay dry and so that the birds cannot sit down in the food. Only small birds are able to sit down comfortably. Larger birds such as magpies and crows are unable to grip the table with their claws.

By inserting the provided bottom plate in the house you can easily turn the table into a nest when the spring arrives. Multiholk® has been developed with the help of ornithological expertise and has been given dimensions to suit the most common European garden birds.

The nest is ventilated to prevent the chicks from overheating during hot summer days. There are steps to climb on under the entrance as an aid for when they are fully fledged and need to get out.

Multifeeder Barn

The multifeeder barn is both decorative and provides birds with their favourite food. It makes it possible to dispense four different kinds of food, anything from balls of tallow to peanuts, sunflower seeds and even insect cakes. It can hold up to 5 litres of food. The greater the variation in the food, the more species of bird will seek out your feeding spot. In addition, one species will attract another, which makes the food barn a real bird magnet, bringing bustling life into your garden.

The seed channels are protected from rain and snow which, besides the fact that birds won’t get their feet wet while they enjoy their meal, also prevents larger birds such as jackdaws and from sitting down to eat.

Butterfly Nest

The Butterfy House is made of solid weather-proof wood and roofing felt. It is designed with the hibernating butterflies’ need for dwelling and protection in mind, as well as giving the garden a decorative touch all year round.

Placing out the nest: The nest should be placed next to plants the butterflies are attracted to. These include lavender, nettles and the butterfly bush. This provides the butterflies with the opportunity to find their way into the nest.

Fill the nest with bark: There are slits into which the butterflies can crawl and hibernate over the winter and the nest has to be filled with bark. Slightly coarser bark is to be preferred so that the filling doesn’t become too compact. It should be filled out but still not too tight as it is important for there to be narrow hollows into which the butterflies can go.
